Tammy and her team are highly professional in everything they do, from the initial “sign up” stages through to expertly run property management. They are fast to respond, meticulously thorough and totally delightful to deal with.

I purchased a property through Perry Bishop, the sales team were great to deal with but once it moved onto the progression team I was looked after by Lucy, who I cannot recommend enough! Lucy really did go above and beyond with a no nonsense get the job done attitude and great to communicate with. All went as smoothly as it could. We are now In our new home :)

I really loved working with Perry Bishop during the sale of my property. Gavin was great at getting the hall rolling and had an excellent knowledge of the current situation in the market. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and really liked the email systems which notified me of viewings. Neil was excellent as usual and helped with the 15+ viewings in the first few days of going to market. Once things moved to the sales progression team Jade really helped to keep things moving and navigated some complicated issues that arose. Her excellent communication skills helped to keep things as simple as possible ans kept things on track. Would 100% recommend Perry bishop and will certainly use them again.

We recently moved and used Gavin and the team to support our move. A big thanks to the team for the last couple of months. A great experience from start to finish. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Thoroughly recommend.

Great estate agents can not fault them. Our sale and purchase went smoothly thanks to the constant communication with us. You can tell they pride themselves on customer service which is not the case with some other agents. Brilliant would thoroughly recommend

The PB team were seamless and responsive during the sale of our flat. Whenever we picked up the phone with a question, no matter who answered on their side would be able to pick up right where we left off with their colleague. We even had a WhatsApp group to keep us all on the same page for scheduling. The team were professional, friendly, clear and very responsive. Lucy and Harriet were professional, courteous, always got back to us in a timely fashion and were really supportive and helpful when we ran in to some major snags at time of exchange/ completion which was not their fault, but the solicitors.
