I bought my house via this agent 11 years ago. Based on my past excellent experience, when I decided to put the house on the market, I didn't hesitate to give Michael Poole a call. The valuation was higher than my expectation and the final sale price was very reasonable (even higher than another agent's asking price). The whole sale process was very pleasant and they are always reachable. They were very active to arrange viewings (I got 4 views in one day!). They also gave professional advice about the offer received and buyer details. During the difficult COVID-19 time, they updated me regularly in the whole process and made me very relax.

When my wife and I decided to put our house on the market last summer we contacted various local agents. We met with Darren initially and he was great. We felt he genuinely loved our house so the decision of which agent to go with was easy. Since then our sale has been handed day to day by Stacey. Unfortunately things didn’t perhaps go quite as smoothly as we had hoped at the outset, although none of this was Michael Poole’s fault. They stuck with us and have helped us through to a successful sale at a fair price. Stacey in particular has been brilliant.
