Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Lucy and Harriet were professional, courteous, always got back to us in a timely fashion and were really supportive and helpful when we ran in to some major snags at time of exchange/ completion which was not their fault, but the solicitors.
