I recently bought my first house and was supposed to post this review sooner but forgot to get around to it, But just wanted to say got amazing service from Karl Tatler especially Amy the estate agent I was working with, She is super friendly and organised and kept me up to date with the offer and when it was accepted and has great customer service skills and helped out with everything at the start also wanted to give some praise to the women that shown us the house on multiple requests sadly forgotten her name also to the sales progressor, Overall I had amazing service and super happy with my first home so would highly recommend using them to buy your home and sell it! Hands down the best estate agent in the wirral, The main thing is super professional throughout the process also right at the end I was able to collect my keys and also got a lovely card also they helped me with further enquiries instantly even after the sale! Keep up the great work I hope to work with them again in the future!

My family and I are so grateful for the Karl Tatlers team. Ellie and Ed made this experience so smooth and stressfree. Ed was the first person we spoke to and he was so friendly and really stood out as someome who knows what hes doing. I was then handed over to Ellie to discuss everything else and she really is a star. Ellie always kept me updated every step of the way, gave me and my family the reassurance we needed and is always very patient and understanding. The team that took the images of the house were amazing too!! We were so proud to see the house looking so good on the Karl Tatler site. The site is very easy to use and I love how you can keep track of bookings and viewings. Overall a great company and this whole experience has been very positive. Thank you all so much!! I have just had an offer accepted on a house . I worked with Ellie and she was lovely, helped me organise my viewing around my night shifts and has been very happy to help no matter what. Ellie was lovely to work with and everyone at the office has been a delight when I have spoken to them.
