Sukhy was great from start to finish. Super helpful, efficient and most of all she was always available / contactable. No enquiry however big or small was an issue for Sukhy, particularly for me as the whole process of selling & buying together was new for me. She was also super helpful with keeping all lines of communication open between all parties (buyer, seller, solicitors, other estate agents etc). Curchods were diligent and professional in the sale of the property. We had difficult buyers whose offers fell apart and they carried on marketing with dedication.
