We gave Whitegates in Ilkeston the responsibility to sell our home and find us a small ground floor flat. This is exactly what they did for us, even when times were hard during the pandemic of COVID cases, the girls in the office still did exactly as they said they would. We have had the pleasure of working with all the girls in the office, each of them understood our frustration at times. The house sale took a little longer than expected but the girls always kept us in the loop about what was happening with the solicitors side of things. We are now in a lovely ground floor flat and the house was sold and settled all by Whitegates in Ilkeston. We've recently purchased a house through Whitegates Ilkeston. Theses guys are very accommodating, they fitted us in for a house viewing at short notice and at a time that suited us.
