The service we have received from Payne & Co. has been outstanding. We had 3 valuations from other estate agents and Payne & Co. valued our property at the highest. We got offered the full asking price from the first viewing after our house being on the market only 3 days. It has been a very smooth process from start to finish thanks to Tom Payne. All staff are very friendly and happy to help with any queries. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone!

What a fantastic team at Payne and Co, very professional that’s why I picked them, from the start with Ken, Mark and ending with Imran, they managed to get a buyer less than a week when the house went on to the market. I would highly recommend them. Thank you team - No Payne No Gain lol 🤩
