Payne & Co and especially Andreea has helped us secure our 2 bedroom apartment in Ilford IG1. I could not recommend them more!! Andreea was easy to chat to, actioned everything very quickly and has been just a ray of sunshine to deal with. After previously dealing with an agency and landlord that clearly did not care a lot about us, meeting Andreea and Payne&Co was honestly like a breath of fresh air.
