From start to finish we cannot fault Ewemove’s service, notably our Agent Grant. He was transparent, reliable, empathetic and proactive- a totally different breed of estate agent to those I’ve experienced in the past. The documents produced for our sale were high quality, photos and video were beautifully curated. We couldn’t clear the rooms completely so he just moved items around as he went. Online brochure and signature process made things easy to instruct. Research on properties sold nearby was deep and well presented. We communicated using WhatsApp in a group chat. Brilliant! Our house sale started on January 14th and completed on July 8th. Grant guided us on price, timing to market and selling process. The viewings day was run smoothly and generated 8 offers! In the later stages of the conveyance we were getting frustrated at waiting for the buyers solicitors to respond. Grant was noticeably forceful, applying pressure on our behalf. He earned his fee! Overall, I would highly recommend Ewemove. I wouldn’t use any other estate agent again as they are leading the way in the housing market.
