He helped negotiate with the sellers and solved problems very quickly. Communication was excellent throughout. Realistic time frames were given which meant that we always knew when to expect updates. We couldn't be happier with the service we had from Ryan and would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again if we ever sell our wonderful house.
