Josh has been nothing but helpful since we first rang the estate agents to book a viewing. We are in the middle of purchasing a house now and he has been fantastic every step of the way; even going out of his way to ring us to congratulate us on getting our offer accepted when his colleague already had. I called up and requested a valuation and the team accommodated my request to attend my property that day, Josh attended my property, very professional young man arranged for pictures and videos to be taken and listed the very next day. Amanda was absolutely brilliant, always happy to help me when I had any questions, she would always update me with any progress that was happening at every stage.
