House went up for sale and I was kept in the loop at all times, initially by Barbara, then as sale progressed Liam and Tom both helpful, polite and professional. We had a hiccup with probate but I was kept reassured at all times, while waiting. They managed all viewings and I was kept In the loop and given feedback and information by email.
