Very quick with responding to queries

Had the Giraffe for 10 days and have done 5 scans so far. The first two were very overexposed but it was due to operator error. Samuel and tech support helped me adjust the the photos and tour and ai was very pleased. Yesterday I did one shoot with my normal camera and processed the images using my editor and a second set by AutoHDR.. I also did the shoot using the Giraffe. I was quite surprised to find the Giraffe photos looked the best as judged by three people. Giraffe continues to make updates so I am excited to see their progress. The support I received from Samuel has been amazing. Giraffe, give him a big raise!
