They called me back the next day and we had a viewing scheduled for 2 days later. Ben was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Anything he wasn't sure of he said he would enquire with the vendor. We put in an offer the following day and a member of team phoned back to discuss this and go over next steps. We were offered a telephone conversation with Embrace Financial Services that same day also. James Hindley phoned me and we had an hour long, thorough chat about mortgage options and affordability. He was very informative and helpful. We heard back from Ben later that afternoon that our offer had been accepted. We are delighted. So far everything has been very efficient and professional.
