Had the pleasure of meeting Northwood when we became interested in a flat that they had for sale in Howden. We have met many estate agents in our search for a property. <br>All the staff we came across at Northwood were very professional. <br>Special mention for Jo, she was excellent, credit to her profession, I would not hesitate to put business to them in the future. Jo helped ease the stress

We were buying our new home through Northwoods and were struggling to get information from our conveyancers whenever we tried to contact them. After speaking to Jo on a regular basis towards the end of the purchase she helped us a great deal by contacting the conveyancers for us and finding out what was going on and then letting us know. She eased a lot of stress for us in the last three weeks before we actually moved in and was so helpful and lovely to speak to.

I contacted Northwood (Beverley branch) at a time i was disatsified with a previous agent. Northwood made the transfer easy and smooth with a more realistic valuation. The property was a small, terrace cottage, therefore did not appeal to the wider market. Northwood therefore tailored the advert to suit the property and potential buyer. There was constant updates and feedback with regular reviews on price, photos and advertising strategies, which led to a successful sale. Overall i have been extremely pleased with the attention to detail, the 1x1 service and also the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recomended.

Tom is always helpful and very efficient when dealing with any issues with our properties. Even though he supports Hull City he still manages to keep a smile on his face!
