Applied for a property was not told that they require 2 Months bond upfront plus a months rent in advance so was unable to pay the huge amount of £1650 plus the £243 admin fee that I had already paid out .when I asked for the return of my admin fees the lady was very rude and un co-operable and refused point blank which I am now complaing to the the property ombudsman's for letting agents the agent has been very rude threw out I would not recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to give there money away to these rude unhelpful people approach with caution as there requirements are not set out clearly
