Whitegates have handled a letting for me for over 8 years and have been professional and responsive throughout. They handled the sale of the property as well and the sales team were again a pleasure to deal with.

I looked at various estate agents for a tenant-find service and considering this Whitegates were the best value. In particular they conduct their own credit checks in-house which is better than other that subcontract the checks so any failed checks are added to the cost. The other main factor is that the inventory report is included which many others charge extra. The Agent on gaining access to the property filmed a first walk through which gave me a good record of the condition inside. Note that I do not live nearby. Chan who initially dealt with me was available for questions out of hours meaning I was able to contact him at weekends and sometimes evenings. We used Whatsapp. Chan set a realistic rent and other staff completed the overall process. I have been very happy with Whitegates and would recommend.
