Would not recommend this branch for renting a property from. Also being a landlord, I would be very concerned at their inability to provide information on and carry out maintenance jobs that need attention to keep the property in a good state of repair.

Useless. Every time I've asked for even the simplest of services they've never come through. I've used them for years, but not out of choice. Each time I've moved somewhere and Whitegates has been in charge I've known that the process would be arduous. I just...I can't count how many times they've let me down. Seriously, if you have a choice, go elsewhere; maybe you'll deal with competent people.

The staff is so rude.. i can't believe that kind of people working in the office. Received few call phones and they didn't knew how to talk.. it's ridiculous. I woudnt recomend this agency because of people working there.

Everyone in this place had an absolutely disgusting attitude, they just look at every chance they have to get you out of pocket, charging people’s deposits for things that aren’t even chargable, the only time they were nice was till you sign the tenancy papers. I tried to avoid contacting them. On one incident I had to have a phone conversation with Emily Baxter in regards to an issue, she was so rude I couldn’t actually believe what I was hearing, no customer service skills or even basic manners. Mr Chan Kangura needs to take himself & his whole team on a basic manners crash course. Will never be dealing with this horrendous company again. & google won’t let me give less than 1 star otherwise the rating would have been 0

brought my property from them back in 2006. offer was agreed. then received a phone call to say someone else had offered £5k more. so I ended up having to fork out another £5k. I was a first time buyer and was completely stressed out of my head...very upsetting as I thought I was going to lose out. The word gazumping springs to mind! They don't even deserve a 1 * AVOID THEM!
