Whitegates have been managing my residential properties for a few years now having taken over from a previous agency. I am really impressed with the attention and service that I receive as a landlady which represents excellent value for the fee that they charge. Any repairs are advised promptly so my tenants are not made to wait unnecessarily, communication from tenants is passed on immediately, I am given sound advice on market trends and rents to command and when a property becomes vacant they have good marketing coverage to get it let asap. Lovely people to deal with also. I would not hesitate to recommend.
