I looked at various estate agents for a tenant-find service and considering this Whitegates were the best value. In particular they conduct their own credit checks in-house which is better than other that subcontract the checks so any failed checks are added to the cost. The other main factor is that the inventory report is included which many others charge extra. The Agent on gaining access to the property filmed a first walk through which gave me a good record of the condition inside. Note that I do not live nearby. Chan who initially dealt with me was available for questions out of hours meaning I was able to contact him at weekends and sometimes evenings. We used Whatsapp. Chan set a realistic rent and other staff completed the overall process. I have been very happy with Whitegates and would recommend.PositiveValue

I spoke with Kirstie yesterday because my smoke alarm had been going off every 30 seconds since Sunday evening! At first there were some issues with regards to who was responsible for the call out charge of this problem but it was quickly resolved and was fixed within hours of my phonecall.
