Ian and the team did a brilliant job at selling our house for us. He didn't just give us a brochure and price list like some of the other local agents. We met with multiple agents in Hucknall and elected to go with Martin and Co after both having very positive initial interactions with them and finding their pricing very competitive, compared with others we met. This was a brilliant choice. We found the whole process of moving rather stressful, but Martin and Co and in particular Rosie, were fantastic throughout, supporting us far above and beyond their remit. We were in a difficult chain that kept changing and was lacking proper EA services further up in the chain, requiring Martin and Co to do a lot more heavy lifting to push the chain to progress, which they did brilliantly. Since Martin & Co Hucknall took over managing the property we are renting we have received excellent service from its staff, mainly Rosie Gibbins who has been very prompt in responding to any query or request we may have. It was our worry when the we were informed of changes in Estate Agents as we had a good relationship with the previous team but Rosie has made us realise why the landlord chose Martin & Co to take over. Will highly recommend any prospective tenants and landlords too for their outstanding service and attentiveness to the people they are looking after.

The service from the Hucknall team for the sale of the property was excellent. Their marketing and accompanied viewings enabled the property to be sold very quickly within a week.
