Tracy was absolutely amazing, she pulled out all he stops, she helped me move into a new property after a quick needed move due to me moving out of my rented property, having to live back with my husband & 3 dogs who do not get on & my son taking poorly in hospital whilst on holiday abroad with his partner & child…..she was an angel ❤️

Exceptional service from Rosie
Since Martin & Co Hucknall took over managing the property we are renting we have received excellent service from its staff, mainly Rosie Gibbins who has been very prompt in responding to any query or request we may have. It was our worry when the we were informed of changes in Estate Agents as we had a good relationship with the previous team but Rosie has made us realise why the landlord chose Martin & Co to take over. Will highly recommend any prospective tenants and landlords too for their outstanding service and attentiveness to the people they are looking after.

Martin & Co Hucknall staff are very efficient and prompt in their response to queries from tenants, exceptionally Rosie whom I have been dealing directly with since they took over managing the property we are renting from the previous realtor. Communication is very easy and efficient which makes you feel that she has the best interest for both the landlord and the tenant. Will highly recommend Martin & Co if you are a landlord for someone to manage your property and also gives peace of mind for tenant knowing that you are being well represented and have value for your money.
