We met with multiple agents in Hucknall and elected to go with Martin and Co after both having very positive initial interactions with them and finding their pricing very competitive, compared with others we met. This was a brilliant choice. We found the whole process of moving rather stressful, but Martin and Co and in particular Rosie, were fantastic throughout, supporting us far above and beyond their remit. We were in a difficult chain that kept changing and was lacking proper EA services further up in the chain, requiring Martin and Co to do a lot more heavy lifting to push the chain to progress, which they did brilliantly. Ian and the team did a brilliant job at selling our house for us. He didn't just give us a brochure and price list like some of the other local agents. He gave us a plan of how to take the property to market and achieve a sale. The correspondence throughout was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Ian and the team to anyone else.
