Quick to get property on the market

We recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

As first time tenants, CJ Hole were very friendly and responsive to the many questions we had. Shelly and Ami in particular were easy to reach when we needed them. There were a few things that could've been made a little clearer but anything that we needed clarification on was only ever a call away.

Took 7 months to find a buyer for my flat in the quays. Had to drop the price by 5% below the lowest value that I had been recommended by CJ Hole. The buyer then messed me around for 4 months as he was on a chain that kept falling through. In the end I swapped for Naylor Powell who found me a buyer the same day I met the agent. We completed 7 weeks later selling at a higher price. Oh, and the solicitor that CJ Hole recommended had a cyber attack that brought their IT system down so I had to swap solicitor too... Nice enough people in the office but not good enough I'm afraid.NegativeQuality

Worst estate agent in the area. You could potentially get a more positive response if the property you are selling is expensive, you may then see more of their top selling charm. However, I rang CJ Hole alongside two other estate agents for my elderly parents who are selling their retirement flat. The person who came to value the property from CJ Hole kept putting the time of the appointment back last minute. When he turned up he didn’t apologise for the delay, didn’t seem interested (bordering on rude to my parents, unfortunately I couldn’t make that valuation) and was gone within minutes. He still hasn’t got back in contact with my parents with a value or the cost of their services, they haven’t heard anything. My Mum is still recovering from injury and doesn’t really want people in the house so to have someone rude felt uncomfortable for them. I’ve tried contacting CJ Hole since but there is never an answer.
