Working with Richard and Nick was such a pleasure. Richard went above and beyond in terms of liaising with the seller and ensuring positive comms between all parties. Post offer was equally good with Nick calling almost every week to see how I was doing with my property sale and updating me on the chains’ progress. We first looked at buying a property back in May and Hodders were extremely helpful and professional in identifying which properties we could realistically afford, and were quick to arrange viewings with a number of properties that fit our ideal criteria. Despite running through a couple of issues on the solicitor side of things which was of course out of Hodders control, we were able to enter a smooth process that resulted in us moving into our new property in September. Professional throughout and will likely use when we look to upsize.
