We recently reported a wasp nest in our roof for our let property. I spoke with Kerry Tate who acted promptly and arranged pest control to come out within the week to remove. Brock Taylor really seem to care about their tenants which is not the experience I have received with previous estate agents. Very impressed with the level of customer care.

I had a great experience with Brock Taylor from end to end. Ollie in particular was exceptional, keeping us updated on a regular basis and maintained pace of viewings coming through the door
