I’m about to move to Leeds from overseas and have needed to decide on a property based on the information on the website and remote viewings. Of all the Leeds based estate agents I’ve contacted, Katerina Chvapil at Martin & Co is the only one prepared to conduct a proper virtual viewing and has gone out of her way to provide an excellent service. When I come to sell this property, I will definitely use Martin & Co as I can be sure they really put in the effort to get properties sold.

I would like to highly recommend Katerina Chvapil who is the sales manager at Martin & Co Horsforth Leeds. Katerina takes great care and attention to ensure that the sale runs smoothly, keeping in touch with all parties concerned (solicitors, other professionals within the chain of sale). Katerina is very proactive and always has answers/thoughts before she rings to advise issues. As an example, with our sale, the buyers surveyor highlighted a possible issue with the roof, Katerina called us to advise this followed by……. I have a company that I have used who I can send next day to look at the roof and report on the issues raised and advise a quote. Without going into detail, the company used gave a very good quote and gave a prompt response to the issues raised giving some reassurance to our buyer which I’ll help keep the sale moving forward smoothly. I know Katerina gets regular updates from all professional bodies to ensure she can respond to any issues or matters that may affect progress and deals with them without delay.
