I was a landlord with them, and had a small issue with our tenants. Richard was very unprofessional in his demeanour. He was not impartial. He used offensive language towards me. Very unpleasant experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Shocking customer service . contacted 3 times to arrange a viewing never got back to me . Booked a viewing on there web site still no reply . The house sold and never got the chance to view it. If your thinking of selling with these think again you could be missing out on a higher offer .

Absolute cowboys! Had no end of trouble with Martin and Co Horsforth. If you are considering renting a property with them... DON'T! They have scammed me many times with general maintenance issues by charging me call out fees for repairs …
