Best decision of 2021! We had 4 agents come and appraise our cosy 2 bed cottage in Farsley. 2 of the agents gave us ' eye watering' house values in an attempt to 'flatter' us to go with them. David's approach was different and advised us to market our property at a reasonable market value and to get in as many people to view our house as possible. Over the late May bank holiday 2021 David did 45 viewings which resulted in 21 offers. The offer we accepted was 19% over asking! Well, what can I say! I had quite a journey selling our house and David was an absolute star throughout! I had 4 different estate agents round to value my house, and then by chance, I met Nev, who worked for the Otley branch whilst viewing a house my partner ended up buying.
