A truly outstanding experience from first to last from Andreea-Ionela Pop at the Hornchurch branch of Balgores. Nothing was too much trouble, she responded quickly to any query we had and would message over the weekend and evenings to keep us updated, her attitude and helpful nature made what is always a stressful experience so much more bearable. We are so grateful for everything you have done to help us throughout this whole process.

Firstly I’d like to thank Reece from the Hornchurch Branch. Reece was absolutely fantastic. Reece found my partner and I a home within a few days and we moved in a week later. Really simple process, always on hand to help with any questions even at 10pm at night. Reece thank you for all your help with finding us a home and making the process so simple. You were truly amazing!
