I have used Balgores for several years to rent my property. They are trustworthy, experienced and great at finding good tenants and making sure the whole process is smooth and stress-free. Mark has been great, he is calm and reliable, he is always available and has been extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend him and the rest of the team at Balgores.

Balgores made a very dispruted, confused family a happy once again vibrant family with a lovely 3 bed room home. This is just about the house but the agent and search experience from the Hornchurch staff especially one of them called Recce who held our hand at every step with assurance and guidance with empathy and professionalism until we moved in .Recce and Hornchurch Balgores you are awesome 👌

I am always happy with the balgores. Even from previous experiences. But this remarkable staff member, mark, really does care about you. Really cares about his clients. It isn’t just another sale to him. Or another exchange. I’m pretty sure I was giving him such a difficult time. But not once did he make me feel like I was. Or feel as though I was being annoying. I can not express how kind he is to have even listened to me waffle about my situation. Balgores have really picked genuine and supportive staff for their company. I would highly recommend to work with them :)
