Friendly and very helpful

On most occasions, I spoke with Leslie on the phone. She was helpful and most importantly, communicative. She offered assistance if we needed it, at every stage and made our purchase of Siop Farm, Four Mile Bridge, go swiftly and smoothly. As first time buyers, we had been led to believe by others that buying a house was a huge, up hill struggle but in fact we found the exact opposite. Hopefully my husband and I will never have to buy another house in our life time but if we did, then we would choose to Williams and Goodwin to help us do it.

"Long distance information"

Although I lived 80 miles away from the property I was buying through Williams & Goodwin and I never met any of the employees the information that I received over the telephone was incalculable, the staff were always courteous and any requests were dealt with promptly a well deserved pat on the back to all concerned and if ever I will have any property to sell in the future I would not hesitate to use the services of Williams & Goodwin..
