Hi. As a buy to let buyer of many properties over the years I had the pleasure for the first time to have the services of the Holmfirth branch of Ryder Dutton. Caroline was my main lady but I also dealt with Nichola and Catherine. Although you don’t really know who you’re speaking to on the phone as they all sound the same but are equally helpful. I can’t praise them enough. Specifically their communication was I think the most notable point of excellence. They knew what stage of the buying process was happening and took trouble to ensure all concerns were met. You felt they had all the time in the world to talk on the phone. An annoying part of modern life is you can never get through to anyone on the phone. This is not the case here. ALWAYS Ryder Dutton answered. They knew each other’s cases but if you couldn’t speak to your agent , then she’d ring back very promptly. The process was actually very enjoyable.
