Friendly team, the chap in Sales was extremely helpful!

Despite there being mixed reviews on here, my recent experience letting a new home through them in Hitchin was largely positive. I found the individuals that I worked with at Belvoir to be pleasant, honest, and accommodating. They also went above and beyond by helping me resolve a referencing issue that might have (unreasonably) affected my tenancy. Now I'm happily living in Hitchin and have a good relationship with both Belvoir and the landlord. I highly recommend Belvoir! to new tenants and homeowners and would not hesitate to work with them again.
