When the house was first put on the market, we liked their policy for the whole office-based team come out on an initial visit so that they can have a picture in their minds of the house they are selling. Communication throughout the year that our house was on the market was excellent. The process of negotiating with the buyer and the post-offer communications were efficient and we had confidence that our best interests were always looked after. Finally, during the stressful stage towards the end of the house sale, when various issues arose, we felt supported and always felt able to call in for a reassuring chat or telephone for advice. Abbie and Richard were just brilliant - we couldn't have been in better hands and we highly recommend them.
