Martin & Co have provided a fully professional service from the initial consultation through to the sale of our family home, which all ran very smoothly and we were kept informed throughout the process.

Just seen the review below and I just had to correct it. The carpet needed cleaning because there was a huge stain on the lounge carpet, which I managed to remove successfully. The charge was for £125 which is a standard price for a professional clean. The oven was also cleaned, and I have to say that in over 20 years in the business, it was the worst one I’ve cleaned. Martin & Co don’t charge me for a kick back and are a very professional business. The review below I felt was very unfair.

From start to finish we had a very professional service from Martin and Co. and specifically from Zoe. Our sale was not the most straight forward, having a challenging chain, but third time was a charm. We had a hard deadline to complete after two failed attempts and Zoe was exceptional at communicating our instructions. The result being that we have moved into an amazing new house and a family who love our old house managed to do the same. We would not hesitate to recommend Zoe & Martin and Co.
