I have recently used Andrews Residential to let out my flat and they have been amazing. Conor in particular has been absolutely superb. When making the decision to move home, Conor asked me to describe what I was looking for and within a couple of weeks he delivered. Once we had found our new home, Conor and the team then began work to find a tenant for my apartment in Uxbridge. Within 48 hours of the property being on the market, the team at Andrews presented 4 asking price offers (all from quality tenants) and I was able to select who I felt would be the best fit. I would highly recommend Andrews Residential! Thank you again!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Conor and Manveer and their team for helping myself and my family find an accommodation at such a short notice. They made the whole journey seamless as possible. Any issues were dealt with straight away and I was always kept informed of the progress. From viewing till getting the keys and after that mantainance all the issues were dealt with promptly and I really thank them for this, they took the pressure of myself and I cannot thank the team enough.

I appointed Andrews as the managing agent for my property in Uxbridge in 2020. They found a tenant quickly who has been no trouble whatsoever. When issues have arisen they have been taken care of quickly and professionally Right now I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
