We met Ben from the Uxbridge branch of Andrews Residential at the property for a valuation survey and were impressed with Ben’s overall knowledge of the property market and were provided with a realistic valuation. We had met with three well-known estate agents prior to our meeting with Ben and Ben’s professionalism shone through. Throughout the whole selling process we were kept informed of all viewing by Lucy at their office and given sensible advice based on comments made by potential purchasers. James carried out most of the viewings on our behalf and his polite, professional approach led to several offers on our property. James and Ben secured a sale on the property, which was very close to the guide price provided. From our initial introduction to Andrews Residential, through to completion of the sale of our property was completely stress-free, with completion taking place approximately eleven weeks from the property going on the market.
