An atrocious experience from start to finish. The viewing experience was horrible. Your employee who showed us around rushed us and told us to leave as the other people who had come to view next had areived. The property wasnt that great either. Unprofessional and extremely sub par experience. When the complaint about the poor viewing experience was raised, they brushed it off. Would never recommend such a company.

Worst people to deal with. Came across a property on rightmove. Got an email few days later saying call the office for viewing. Called the office thinking this is exactly what I was looking for so let have a view. Then the story started, 1st a lady answered who was on her way out passed me on to Lenny turns out to be the same guy who messaged me and a partner at the estate agents. 1st told me the viewings are delayed after messaging me 10 minutes before to arrange a viewing, then tells me the seller wants to be flexible and may take their time with the sale, then tells me they already have offers on the property so they may not be interested in new offers. Absolute waste of time just to get peoples details on their books for properties that are not even available.
