My daughter has rented a flat through Sage Ward for two and half years has been very pleased with their service. Unfortunately the landlord needs to sell so my daughter has had to move out however we cannot praise Nicola enough for the help and care she has given. She even negotiated two extra weeks following the two months notice. I would therefore recommend Sage Ward to anybody.
