I have let my property through this company for the past 12 months upon checkout which I have to pay for my property has been left in a diabolical state. Yet they have continued to do viewings and wondered why nobody has taken the property. I have not had a chance to go to the property I had not had a chance to see my property and when I did go in I was shocked. The property has been left filthy and in total disarray. They have photographs of which they took when letting the property. And yet the property now doesn't look anything like that and it is also filthy. I have rang the company email them and I was hoping to have this situation resolved, bearing in mind I am paying this company two to "manage my property" I use the term loosely. I am 100% convinced that this company will not resolve these issues and that I will end up having to pay for the reparation of my house. This is caused me an enormous amount of upset and misery because my house was beautiful when I let it. I would never recommend anyone to let their property through this company. If this is there standard of care to their clients I am shocked and very upset. This is supposedly after I contacted them to let them know that all the things needed to be resolved by the tenant, because this is how the tenant left it. Comparing to the original photographs it is beyond a joke. Unless the checkout team go in blindfolded I cannot believe my property has been left like this and they think it's ready for letting!!! Awful experience. Totally untrustworthy. 2 members of staff in Folkestone office giving false information. Would never use this company
