Zoe is amazing. She sold our flat for us after 2 1/2 years of us being on and off the market -where several other agents failed! At all times she was professional and yet honest and unlike other agents we had been with previously she always kept us updated with feedback and how our sale was progressing . At no point did I feel under pressure from her to change anything in our property or adapt the price in order for an easy sale to be achieved, whenever we had concerns we would contact Zoe and she would discuss our options with us in depth, using her vast property knowledge, as well as feedback from viewings to give us a real insight into how our property was being seen by others. I really valued her advice, and the interest she took in helping us to sell. The photos she took were the best we had done and when we had an offer on our property she was still so hopeful with any questions or worries we had right up until we competed.
