I was called back very quickly by Tim Miller, who was super helpful, giving me lots of insight and advice on how to progress my search when the time is right. I'm very pleased I contacted Northwood as I'm better equipped for my search now and on the basis of today's experience would certainly use them in future as a letting agent, or when I was ready to buy.

While the property wasn't exactly what we are looking for, the agent (Tim) was fantastic. He was honest and friendly and if something more suitable were to come up, I would not hesitate to rent through his company!!
