Excellent Courteous and Professional person.

Renting my home in two days !!

Debbie has been absolutely amazing she rented my home out within two days of being advertised . I think her warm friendly manner helped move things quickly . Her professionalism is exemplary even walking the prospective tenant to to the high street pointing out restaurants shops etc. Josh also was very helpful when Debbie was unavailable ..

Debbie and Joshua very helpful

I found the advice for what would be good for the photos and what would not very helpful. Joshuas eye for a good photograph was very evident. The price that we put my property in for and what we achieved was very close and realistic, Debbie gave very good advise after viewings and was always on the phone when needed and much more helpul than I have ever experienced when selling another property three years ago from that estate agent . l can't recommend them both enough. Very Helpful

This was a difficult and complicated sale. The property is an apartment in a listed building which is somewhat off the beaten track. The apartment owners hold the freehold through the medium of a limited company in which they and only they, are the shareholders. My solicitor was very unhelpful and I needed consistent aid from Debbie, representing Andrew Grant, to keep things moving. She always did my bidding vis a vis request for contact with the buyer and the buyer's solicitor. I can not speak highly enough of her efforts.

Effective, efficient and responsive

During our six month search for a house in Henley, Debbie at Andrew Grant was the only person to maintain regular phone contact. I can't recall receiving a single call from any of the other agents despite registering with them all. Once the purchase was agreed regular contact was maintained until completion.

Fantastic friendly service

The service received from Andrew Grant, and Debbie in particular, was superb. We have spent 7 months looking for a new home and she contacted us on a regular basis to check whether we were still looking and to let us know when suitable properties cropped up. Professional, courteous and quick to respond.
