The price that we put my property in for and what we achieved was very close and realistic, Debbie gave very good advise after viewings and was always on the phone when needed and much more helpul than I have ever experienced when selling another property three years ago from that estate agent . l can't recommend them both enough. This was a difficult and complicated sale. The property is an apartment in a listed building which is somewhat off the beaten track. The apartment owners hold the freehold through the medium of a limited company in which they and only they, are the shareholders. My solicitor was very unhelpful and I needed consistent aid from Debbie, representing Andrew Grant, to keep things moving. She always did my bidding vis a vis request for contact with the buyer and the buyer's solicitor. I can not speak highly enough of her efforts.
During our six month search for a house in Henley, Debbie at Andrew Grant was the only person to maintain regular phone contact. I can't recall receiving a single call from any of the other agents despite registering with them all. Once the purchase was agreed regular contact was maintained until completion.
