I have recently had the pleasure of working with Sophie from Coles Group and can't reccomend this lady enough! She was a HUGE help in securing me a much needed property for myself and young son to live in. Herself and Louise worked tirelessly along side the council and my housing officer to ensure the property was suitable for our needs. Communication was prompt and thorough and I was kept up to date with the process along the way. Within 3 weeks I was in the property! They made time for inspections needed on my end to ensure we could get those keys as soon as possible.
