Booked a viewing for midday today, got email confirmation that it was going ahead. Adrienne did not show up. Called her/the office more than 10 times, left a voicemail and emailed her too. Worst letting experience in my life. The DPS had to intervene for me to get my deposit back. These people falsely claimed that I had burnt the TV stand and tried to make me buy a new bed and mattresses claiming I damaged them. If you must use them make sure you take your own pictures. These people aren't ethical! Luckily I had taken my own pictures and that's what saved my deposit.

These guys are very nice and courteous before you move in but once you're leaving they'll try their best to keep your deposit. Stay clear of this agency, they don't have any ethics. I was lucky the deposit protection scheme intervened and had taken my own pictures. STAY AWAY!!!
