I have recently bought a house through the Castles Estate Agents and Matt was the one dealing with it. I have to say without him, I would not be sat in my new house probably for quite a while. He went out of his way and was available more or less any time a day or night and even during his time off so everything could be sorted when we needed it. Thank you so much for doing everything you did, we made it there at the end :)

Castles are the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. They have dedicated staff that are knowledgable and always keep you informed. They work with ethics and integrity and they are always available to talk when needed. They understand if we are to view many properties to do together and manage this for us. But even when we cannot do together they find a way to make things work. Louis and Matt are by far their best employees and really define what they are about...excellent customer service and caring for the customer on the other side. I highly recommend them amongst any other in the area.

I signed up with Matt at Castles and within a week not only did I have 7 prospective buyers but had an offer from one of them, which I accepted. The staff at Castles are very professional and went above and beyond the norm to help me in every way. Cannot recommend castles enough! They have been very supportive throughout the process especially extra communication and support due to us being Deaf. Simon, the manager is very professional and help us all the way. He is the best! Castles really do own the kingdom !!!!

Castles berkhamsted estate agent has been helping us with our house purchase. I've found their service excellent, they are professional, so helpful. From my experience they always seem to put their customers first.
