Louis and Matt are by far their best employees and really define what they are about...excellent customer service and caring for the customer on the other side. Daniel and Matt were really nice to deal with. Professional friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Matt worked really hard to secure us a property. In the end it didn’t pan out, but Matt was still very up beat and wished us all the best. A true professional.

Cannot recommend castles enough! They have been very supportive throughout the process especially extra communication and support due to us being Deaf. Simon, the manager is very professional and help us all the way. He is the best! Castles really do own the kingdom !!!!
