Just moved into a rental property, any questions we've had, they've answered. We had a couple of faults with the property and they were quick to respond and get in contact with the landlord. Very impressed with the service. Also loved the welcome package they gave us that was full of discounts from places like dunelm etc.

We were with whitegates for a couple of years and i must say communication from the team was always quick and with the information needed. Any queries were dealt with quickly and you would be kept up to date, we unfortunately had to move from the area and also white gates and the company we are with now i must say don't rate anywhere near 5 stars like these guys do. The letting office in Heanor are absolutely superb. Lisa runs a brilliant team. From start to finish concerning a property to rent for my daughter and her children it all went very smoothly, which is a credit to the teams professionalism. I must mention Lisa who showed me and my daughter around the property to rent, she was excellent and came across as very professional in what she does. The team are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very well run office and my daughter and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
