Really disappointed with our experience. We had arranged to view a property of theirs, first it was changed to the next day last minute, then on the day of the viewing, the agent was 30 minutes late. They also had another potential tenant viewing at the same time, but did not tell us this prior. The lady spent most of the time on her phone, did not show us around and was incredibly rude when we asked about whats going to be done about paint all over the floor if we were to move in, she said "well you can clean it or scrape it off yourself". Very unprofessional and unhelpful. It's a shame, as it was a nice property but the agent didn't seem interested at all, so completely put us off.

I enquired about a house and was advised the landlord is looking for a couple. The rent was not particulary high so I didn't really understand this and feel unfairy discriminated against if I can afford the rent there shouldn't be an issue. I also mentioned that I was worried about losing my holding deposit if my credit check failed. I don't have any CCJ's but was concerned about losing my £100.00 the lady I spoke to kept huffing and puffing over the phone and I found her quite patronising and unhelpful. I mentioned I didn't have a guarantor and she just basically said I would need one. I found her discriminatory, rude and unhelpful and I will not use in the future.

I've had the misfortune to deal with this estate agent. Manager extremely rude Couldn't get her facts rights. Staff never had decency to return calls. Told blatant lies....totally unprofessional.

Bad service. Viewed a property and expressed interest straight away. Deterred from applying as they 'had to check with Landlord first' and was promised a call back. This never happened so phoned in and they said they would chase and call back. This never happended either. Turns out they have now let property to someone else. Can appreciate the letting market is fierce, but lying to and misleading customers is unacceptable. Would not recommended.

threatened a family with eviction during the covid-18 lock down, because they asked for a extension to pay rent, which is actually illegal right now.uncaring illegal company.avoid like the covid!!

Looked at a house to rent both work good refrences what did they do after viewing we will let you know by 10 am tomorrow rang up next day she's out do u know what tomorrow never came what a complete waste of time anyway got a house that week

Can't recommend at all. They will rip you off from deposit. Council informed. If you still want to rent dont pay deposit for old houses.
