Cannot fault the maintenance team at Whitegates. I reported a small leak under my sink, and the repair was arranged by Marie and completed by Aaron very promptly. The repair was fantastic, the trap was changed for both sinks, and the job was clean with no mess left behind. Aaron was very polite and courteous, and I appreciate his hard work. Marie arranged the repair via email, and again I am very happy with the way everything was handled. I was spoken to with respect, and timings for the repair were arranged around my schedule with no issues. I feel confident that if any further issues occur, I can completely rely on the maintenance team at Whitegates.
